This role focuses on translating customer requirements into technical product development activities, coordinating systems engineering efforts across global teams, and supporting the successful delivery of complex automotive electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Systems Engineering

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into internal development specifications
• Support system definition, technical documentation, and architecture coordination
• Align cross-functional engineering teams around technical requirements and project objectives
• Ensure development activities align with internal engineering processes and customer expectations

Technical Coordination

• Support systems engineering activities across product development programs
• Manage engineering documentation, development tools, and project coordination activities
• Help maintain structured development environments and technical workflows
• Support communication between customers and internal engineering teams

Configuration & Change Management

• Support technical change management and configuration control activities
• Participate in issue resolution and engineering review discussions
• Coordinate technical updates and change activities across multiple stakeholders

Risk & Product Development Support

• Assist with technical risk tracking, KPI monitoring, and engineering process improvement
• Support system integration planning and validation coordination
• Contribute to successful product development execution through launch readiness

Requirements

Essential

• Experience in automotive ECU or electronic product development
• Experience working with Japanese OEM customers
• Exposure to systems engineering, product development, or technical project coordination
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination capability

Preferred

• Experience with requirements management or systems engineering methodologies
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, functional safety, or cybersecurity
• Background in automotive electronics or complex technical product development
